1320X - Grassroots Drag Racing

Anyone else being pestered by the continuous google leads malware with every click on the 1320X website? My McAfee anti-virus catches it every time and I reply “No”. It tries to open in your trusted area of your browser. The url is //googleads.g.doubleclick.net . . . its becoming so annoying that I'm ready to trash the 1320X website.

Just fired up the laptop and got the same problem. Went through the same removal process that I mentioned below and it removed the problem.

This is a Google tracking tool to track where and when you click. Be forewarned; for those who value your privacy do not allow this into your trusted sites zone on your Internet Exployer. Also, be very careful what google tools you use, your private information just may be collected and put out on the net. Google is out to collect everything they possibly can. They may be in your bedroom next . . . hopefully not.

Ahhh, also found the culprit on the 1320X home page . . . its the banner on the bottom of the page that has the properties of: res://ieframe.dll/http_400.htm#http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-

Since my change that banner errors out with a 'HTTP 400 Bad Request Web Page Cannot be Found. Come on Webmaster, clean that stuff up. Looks like malware for sure and my McAfee caught it.

This seems to be an annoying problem on the net with different ways to correct it. Did a lot of google searches and what I did was check my internet option security settings . . . Tools + Internet Options + Security + Trusted Sites. Mine just had McAfee entries (which are good)and a 'about:Internet' entry. I deleted the 'about:Internet entry and no longer get the annoying issue. Go figure.

I haven't seen anything Ed .... I have however seen fake imposter profiles of people who try just to sell stuff, market their websites, and make a little small talk to look good on the site! I don't bother adding those kind of people to my list of friend's. It's not about how many friend's you have... It's the ones who stay in touch and make a difference!!
Sorry you're havin probs here!! CC
