About True Street Drag Racing, Inc.
True Street Drag Racing “officially” formed as a Association in 2008 with one class (8.20) and a membership of 21 drivers. Although, we were part of a series called the Nitrous Street Car Brawl at Great Lakes Dragaway, Union Grove, WI we promoted our individual group to sponsors, racers and fans. During our first year, we secured 30 local sponsors, held special events for fans and kids along with our Kid’s Cancer Fundraiser for Children’s Memorial Hospital. Track management was so impressed with our desire and drive to promote drag racing that they provided us with our own series.
Starting in October of 2008, we began planning our new series for 2009. So, thus we formed an actually company called “True Street Drag Racing, Inc.” We have created a total of 6 cars classes and 1 bike class. We have promoted our series to the local racers and sponsors in the Midwest. As of today, we have 118 paid members, 55+ local sponsors and a Contingency Program to offer bonus prizes to the drivers.
We are now looking to expand again by adding a Pro Street Class by July of 2009.

True Street Drag Racing, Inc. is based in West Allis, WI and is quickly becoming the largest heads-up quarter-mile series in the Midwest.
True Street started as a group of monthly racers, then an Association and in 2009 became an official company promoting drag racing in the Midwest. With Milwaukee, WI and Chicago, IL in the heart of the Midwest we are able to attract local racers and many professional races who participate in the National circuit.
