Absolutely Matthew, I'd love to see it, even though I'm a Mopar guy, I like 442s and GTOs too. I nearly finished the engine compartment in my 1:1 Fury and will put those up in my pics too. Stand by.
Just was typing a comment back and lost it for some reason so, I'll try again! Thank you for your comments and I'll try to post up a few things a little later tonight. I got a tremendous cold Thursday and have been having a lot of trouble with it. I've got a 62 Dart 413 Super Stock though that I think you will like and can put up some in progress shots of the 64, I had to redo the rear fenders though, so she's together but not finished. The Galaxy's paint is finished and subassemblies, not detailed yet but I could make that a WIP (Work in Progress) type post here that you guys can follow as it comes up to completion. We also just finished up my real 70 Fury with not the Holley but one of Edelbrocks AFB copies. Got some pics of that too to share. In runs so well both under power and around town you'd swear it was fuel injected. Anyway, thanks a lot for the interest and I'll get those things uploaded and posted tonight or tomorrow on my page and sent out on my freinds list.
Doin ok Matt, just starting off work with a little run through of the emails. Good to get a response back. I've got the Landy 68 Dart in the works as well as a 64 Polara and 63 1/2 Galaxie. Still sittin here are an original Stone Woods and Cook Willys with the Olds motor, and 3 funnys: Challenger, Charger and Duster, a WWB altered, a front engine rail, 68 Charger Super Stock, 65 Savoy in Resin, 64 Thunderbolt and a 68 Cobra Jet Mustang. So I guess theres a lifetime of drag racing builds here! lol And I need to put a new Carb on my 1/1 70 Fury. I've got a Holley Street Avenger coming which should give me a little more tractability around town.
Hay Matt, That's is just how I started my LOVE for fast car's building 1/24 scale, then to real race car's! Then I went to the dragstrip when I was 9yrs. old, and I was HOOKED!!! Don't know how old you are but would enjoy seeing more of your work! CAR SHOW DAVE!!!
