Keep pestering him, he will have to give in sooner or later! Amanda Shepherd pestered her dad for years to drive his top fueller, he gave in let her get her licence than stepped out of the drivers seat for a season and she ran good times, she is racing Hillary Will in Jan at WSID, will be a good match up i'm sure, she is only 19 yrs old too!

Good to hear your daughter is in on the cars too... girls can race just as good as the males! Maybe she needs to get into a junior dragster????

You gotta start somewhere, I started running 12 secs then down to 10 secs and when we got the full chassis car, started running 9.5's. 11's is not a shabby time, its takes awhile to get the racecraft of drag racing and learning how to drive the car to its full potential to get the times out of it.

Have you got pics of your dads super gas car? what times does it run? We have a super gas class in ANDRA series racing, all the cars run to an index time of 9.90, so the racecraft is really important! We had the full chassis car set up for super gas class, I am spewing I never got to race the supergas class with it though!
