Took the beast out to Lebanon Valley Dragway this weekend to see if 1. if would make it down the track. 2. see if I could go 8.50.

Maiden Vogage on trek to 8.50
Took the beast out to Lebanon Valley Dragway this weekend to see if 1. if would make it down the track. 2. see if I could go 8.50.
Took a shakedown pass to see how much the car has lost, I used to run 9.20s on motor last year but have taken gear out ..4.56 to 4.10, went to a taller tire 10.5x33 from a 14.5x32 & a tighter convertor, 6000 stall 8" to a tigher 5200 stall 9" in order to run some nitrous to get me to 8.50..
1st pass 9.415@144.7 , 1.42 60 foot on motor, so I lost a solid .2 in 6… Continue
